Hi, I’m Tyra—a PMP-certified Project Manager, trained in Lean Six Sigma, Data Analytics Engineer and Military Veteran with over 15+ years, leading operations, improving processes and transforming supply chains across healthcare, eCommerce, and lean manufacturing enviornments.I began my career as a Military Intelligence Officer, where I learned to identify patterns, lead under pressure, and make high-stakes decisions with limited information. It was in the military that I developed a deep respect for the power of data—and how the right information, at the right time, can drive mission-critical outcomes. Later, in the fast-paced world of food manufacturing at Kraft Heinz, I discovered my passion for root cause analysis and continuous improvement. That’s where I learned to spot bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and improve processes that deliver real, measurable results—skills I now bring to every project I lead.Over the course of my career, I’ve trained over 400 team members, led multi-million-dollar initiatives and implemented systems that deliver measurable outcomes—like $2.8M in inventory savings, 96% on-time delivery performance, up from 71%, and 92% inventory accuracy in high-volume operations.
